Cream brulee covers the whole thing like a dessert crust. We can feel the crispness of the cake wafers, the softness of the sponge cake soaked in aromatic espresso, the delicacy of the cream sprinkled with cocoa powder...

ercaffe - be your own barista! For many of us, coffee and “something sweet” are a perfect combination! Undoubtedly, sweet desserts go perfectly with the bitter aroma of coffee.

Snap, and that's it. ercaffe is a solution that does not require a lot of space or excellent barista know-how.

It is an independent, free-standing piece of furniture, whose heart is a hidden, professional coffee machine with an elegant spout located on the countertop. The whole thing is controlled in an extremely intuitive way using a tablet or an app.

The design of ercaffe was developed in line with the stylistic principles of the dolcecrema collection, resulting in exceptional consistency.

Metaphorically speaking, definitely! In the dolcecrema collection, I wanted to use textures, colors, and compositions to
capture the character of a sweet treat. If, while inside dolcecrema, your imagination wanders even slightly into the world of culinary delights, then I have succeeded.
