The creative process usually takes 7 to 10 working days. The start of design work is associated with a fee (deposit) in the amount of PLN 2,000 and above. This amount is not an additional cost – it is fully accounted for as the first payment for the execution of the order. During this time, our architects develop a full visual and technical concept, tailored to your requirements.

The initial estimate is an analysis of your needs based on a floor plan of the room or a finished design from an outside architect. If you already have a design, we will prepare a detailed technical estimate based on it free of charge. If you do not have it – on the basis of consultation we will estimate the budget, selecting the appropriate materials and systems.

As a brand that focuses on premium quality, we do not use pre-made modules. The average waiting time is between 10 and 16 weeks. This time is necessary for the precise processing of selected materials, such as natural veneers, sinters or proprietary varnishes, and for rigorous quality control before assembly.

We use unique, certified raw materials: from selected veneers from around the world, to quartz sinters and natural stones, to innovative lacquers with enhanced scratch resistance. Our technologies (such as laser edgebanding) guarantee complete resistance to moisture and temperature, which is crucial in the kitchen space.

We provide a 2-year warranty on all our projects, which covers manufacturing and material defects. However, our relationship with the customer does not end after two years – we offer full post-warranty and service support. The process begins with a detailed inventory of the Investor’s needs by phone, email or through online meetings (Teams/Meet). After this stage, we prepare a preliminary cost estimate or work based on your declared budget. We then develop a conceptual design. Even if you are not working with an outside designer, our team takes full responsibility for the interior creation. Once the vision is approved, we move on to production drawings and technical recalculation, followed by the production stage, safe shipping and installation.

The selection of materials is done cooperatively. Our designers suggest solutions based on your lifestyle or your architect’s guidelines. Initially, we work on digital catalogs and online resources. However, to eliminate the risk of monitor color distortion, we arrange for physical samples of selected materials to be shipped directly to you. The final decision is always based on physical contact with the material sample, which guarantees full compliance with your expectations.

Precision of measurement determines the subsequent responsibility for installation. We offer two options:

Full responsibility ernestrust: we send our specialists directly to the construction site anywhere in the world. We take the inventory, adapt the design to the actual parameters of the walls, and guarantee 100% product fit.

Investor Measurement: You can provide us with measurements taken by your architect or local team. In this case, we design based on your data, and you take full responsibility for their meticulousness and the subsequent installation of the furniture.

The design of the furniture is not a matter of course.

Yes. Although not required, our customers most often opt for authorized installation. Our installers travel globally to perform the installation. They know our product from the ground up, which guarantees the utmost customer comfort, speed of work (much faster than that of outside teams) and an impeccable visual result that is the hallmark of our brand.

Transportation is billed individually. In Europe (e.g. Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland), we usually carry it out with our own fleet together with an assembly team. For realizations on other continents (e.g. USA) or in more distant parts of Europe (Spain, Portugal), we use specialized sea or road freight forwarders. The furniture flows in secured containers, and we synchronize its arrival with the arrival of our fitters, so that installation begins immediately after delivery.

The deadline depends on the scale of the project and the materials used. Typically, the implementation closes around 10-16 weeks. In the case of simpler projects, it can be 8-10 weeks, while in the case of complex decoration of multi-story residences, the time can be up to 22 weeks. The schedule is always individually tailored to the geographic location and needs of the client.
