A kitchen that lives. Martyna Chomacka’s space

Martyna Chomacka’s kitchen—she’s a finalist on MasterChef—is a space that pulses with color, the aroma of spices, and the intensity of daily work.

This is where recipes are created, proportions are tested, videos are filmed, and the countertop is almost always hot. It’s a place of work, experimentation, and creative energy.
 

The dominant feature is the red, lacquered fronts in a milled frame. Deep, rich, and bold. They are paired with oak veneer fronts, which bring a sense of naturalness and balance.
 

The countertop features quartz sintered stone in a warm terracotta shade, which brings order to the composition and creates space for what matters most: work. The material is durable, long-lasting, and ready for heavy use—and there’s certainly a lot going on in this kitchen.
 

The blue display cabinets and tiles serve as a deliberate counterpoint to the red. They introduce freshness and lightness, rounding out the color palette in a thoughtful yet unobtrusive way. This combination is bold, yet surprisingly harmonious.

The built-in cabinetry flows seamlessly into the living area, becoming part of the living room’s composition and serving as a TV unit.
 

This is a kitchen that doesn’t pretend to be a set design, though the color palette could easily have come from a painter’s brush. Here, colors blend with the scent of roasted vegetables, fresh herbs, and caramelized butter, and the space works alongside Martyna with every new recipe.
